Abstract: The present invention relates to a Computer-Implemented System (100) for Baseline-Aware Mental Health Risk Monitoring Using Multimodal Data. The system (100) comprises an IoT-enabled sensing device layer (1), a data acquisition and synchronization module (2), a preprocessing module (3), a feature intelligence engine (4), a personalized baseline modelling engine (5), a temporal risk inference engine (6), an alert decision and escalation module (7), an intervention and notification module (8), a data storage unit (9), and a privacy and security layer (10). Multimodal user data captured from heterogeneous IoT devices are synchronized, normalized, preprocessed, analysed through multi-branch feature intelligence, and compared with a personalized emotional and behavioural baseline. A temporal risk inference engine (6) computes a mental health risk score based on current state, trend, deviation magnitude, and confidence. The alert decision and escalation module (7) generates graded alerts, and the intervention and notification module (8) provides user feedback, caregiver notification, clinical dashboard output, or emergency escalation
