MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611072022 A) filed by Aditya Vikram Kashyap; and Anshika Kashyap on June 10, 2026, for Computer-Implemented System And Method For Capability-Proportionate Governance Of Artificial Intelligence In Regulated Financial Institutions.
Inventor includes Aditya Vikram Kashyap.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for governance, deployment authorization, runtime monitoring, and lifecycle management of artificial intelligence systems. The system comprises an Intake Module (200), Shared State Store (300), Tiering Engine (210), Validation Workflow Engine (220), Approval Workflow Engine (230), Inherited Governance Documentation Store (310), Deployment-Path Access Control Module (240), Monitoring Subsystem (250), Event Routing Module (270), and Pre-configured Routing Control Module (260). The Tiering Engine (210) determines governance-tier configuration parameter using deterministic highest-risk-dimension mapping function. The Inherited Governance Documentation Store (310) maintains authoritative technical-lineage baseline for detecting behavioural deviations and internal or vendor-imposed model modifications. The Deployment-Path Access Control Module (240) performs fail-closed verification and blocks deployment upon authorization failure or governance-tier inconsistency. The Event Routing Module (270) initiates governance reassessment, revalidation, deployment restriction, or selective routing, while Pre-configured Routing Control Module (260) redirects affected transactions to human review while unaffected transactions continue autonomously.
