The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented prediction system (100) for fusing sequence embeddings and label graph embeddings for generalized multi- label prediction tasks with side information. The system (100) comprises a sequence embedding unit (1), a label graph construction unit (2), a label embedding unit (3), a fusion module (4), a prediction unit (5), a side information processing unit (6), and a model generator and optimizer unit (7). The sequence embedding unit (1) generates a sequence embedding from an input sequence. The label graph construction unit (2) constructs a label graph representing dependency relationships among labels, and the label embedding unit (3) generates label embeddings using graph-based modeling. The fusion module (4) fuses the sequence embedding, label embeddings, and optional auxiliary feature vector. The prediction unit (5) generates predicted output probabilities for one or more labels. The invention improves multi- label prediction for sparse, imbalanced, correlated, rare, or partially annotated labels.
