Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition (100) and method of preparing insect-proof beeswax polish. The composition (100) comprises beeswax (102), lac resin (104), linseed oil (106), mineral oil (108), botanical insect-repellent oils (110), ethanol (112), at least one synthetic insecticide (114), and an aromatic agent (116). High- shear dispersion is used to ensure uniform distribution of actives, while vacuum blending preserves the bioactivity and aroma of volatile oils. The composition (100) is processed via aseptic hot-fill technology followed by controlled cooling to achieve microbial stability and product homogeneity. The resultant semi-solid polish provides a durable, glossy, and water-repellent film with long-lasting insect-repellent efficacy. The insect-proof beeswax polish is suitable for use on furniture, laboratory benches, storage units, and other sensitive environments where simultaneous insect resistance and surface preservation are desired.
