Abstract: The present invention provides a composition, etc., with which it is possible to form a surface-treated layer exhibiting excellent liquid repellency and durability. This composition includes: a first compound that has an organo(poly)siloxane residue, a C3 or higher alkylene chain, and a reactive silyl group a; and a second compound that does not have an organo(poly)siloxane residue, and has a reactive silyl group b and a C4 or higher hydrocarbon group optionally having a functional group or a substituent. The composition satisfies the following requirements (1) and (2). Requirement (1): In the first compound, one reactive silyl group a is linked to at least one terminal of the organo(poly)siloxane residue. Requirement (2): In the second compound, one reactive silyl group b is linked to at least one terminal of the hydrocarbon group.
