The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a composite structural material designed to achieve simultaneous weight reduction and enhanced mechanical strength through a multi- scale reinforcement approach. The material comprises a matrix phase selected from polymeric, metallic, or ceramic materials, integrated with macro-scale fibers, micro- scale reinforcements, and nanoscale fillers arranged in a controlled architecture. The synergistic interaction among these components improves load transfer efficiency, interfacial bonding, and resistance to crack initiation and propagation. The invention further includes fabrication processes ensuring uniform dispersion of reinforcement elements and minimized structural defects. The resulting composite exhibits superior tensile strength, stiffness, impact resistance, and fatigue life while maintaining reduced density, making it suitable for high-performance applications in aerospace, automotive, construction, and related industries.
