Abstract: A composite panel (100) comprising a frame structure (110) that has an upper frame member (120) having at least two upper compartments (122), a lower frame member (140) having at least two lower compartments (142) and at least one panel mating provision (152), a first side frame member (160), and a second side frame member (164). Each of the first and second side frame members (160, 164) comprises coupling provisions that facilitate coupling the composite panel (100) to an adjacent composite panel. The composite panel (100) comprises a decorative member (170) secured between a frontmost upper compartment (122a) and a frontmost lower compartment (142a), at least one board (180) coupled to a rearmost upper compartment (122c) and a rearmost lower compartment (142c), and an insulation (190) provided between the decorative member (170) and the at least one board (180). Further, a composite wall system (10) comprising the composite panel (100).
