Abstract: A privacy-aware task orchestration system and method for distributed multi-cloud computing environments is disclosed. The system receives executable tasks associated with compliance policies, encryption attributes, execution constraints, and resource requirements, and dynamically evaluates a plurality of distributed computing resources across cloud, edge, and hybrid infrastructures. A constraint evaluation framework constructs a resource admissibility model by analyzing regulatory compliance rules, geographic data locality restrictions, attribute-based access control policies, and cryptographic feasibility conditions. Prior to task scheduling, a cryptographic feasibility engine performs Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) decryptability simulation to determine whether encrypted task data can be securely accessed by candidate resources without exposing plaintext information. Infeasible task-resource mappings are eliminated before queue admission and execution scheduling, thereby generating a reduced scheduling search space containing only policy-compliant and cryptographically executable allocations. Tasks are subsequently allocated and executed exclusively on validated resources satisfying compliance, access-control, decryptability, and resource availability constraints. The disclosed system reduces scheduling rollback operations, failed task migrations, invalid execution attempts, post-allocation policy violations, and orchestration overhead in heterogeneous multi-cloud environments while improving execution reliability, security enforcement, and scheduling efficiency.
