Abstract: ABSTRACT [0014] A hybrid composite architecture is disclosed that combines continuous fiber reinforcement with dispersed ceramic particulates and a thermally resilient matrix to deliver superior structural integrity when subjected to concurrent high-temperature exposure and mechanical loading. The system employs a graded distribution of constituents that mitigates thermal gradients, suppresses delamination, and redistributes residual stresses. Comparative evaluation against monolithic and conventional hybrid baselines demonstrates elevated residual strength retention, reduced mass loss, and extended operational envelopes. Manufacturing proceeds through sequential lay-up, controlled impregnation, and staged curing under vacuum and pressure, yielding components whose microstructural uniformity supports reliable performance in extreme service conditions. The resulting materials find utility in high-heat structural applications where conventional alloys or single-phase composites exhibit premature degradation.
