Abstract: The present application provides a communication method and a related device, for use in improving the transmission efficiency through a transmission mode of a multiple distributed resource unit (MDRU). In the method, an STA receives a frame, the frame comprising indication information, and the indication information being used for indicating an MDRU used by the STA sending an uplink PPDU; and the STA sends the uplink PPDU on the MDRU. The present application is applied to a wireless local area network system supporting an IEEE 802.11be or IEEE 802.11be next-generation protocol, such as Wi-Fi 8, or other IEEE 802.11 series protocols.
