Abstract: The present application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The communication method comprises: on a first time domain resource and a first frequency domain resource, a second network device receives a first signal transmitted by a first terminal device, the first signal being used for indicating that the transmission or reception of a second signal between a first network device and the first terminal device is present on a second time domain resource and a second frequency domain resource; and on the basis of the first signal, the second network device determines signal transmission or reception between the second network device and a second terminal device on the second time domain resource and the second frequency domain resource. By means of the method in embodiments of the present application, when it is necessary to transmit or receive a second signal, a first signal is transmitted first, so that the network devices or the terminal devices with interference can identify a data transmission requirement on the second signal, thereby achieving interference avoidance and reducing communication interference.
