Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and a communication apparatus, which can achieve high- precision positioning. The method comprises: a positioning management device receives first phase difference information, wherein the first phase difference information comprises information obtained by a first device performing difference calculation on first phase information and second phase information, the first phase information is obtained by the first device measuring a first reference signal sent by a terminal device at different moments, and the second phase information is obtained by a second device measuring a second reference signal sent by the terminal device at different moments; and on the basis of the first phase difference information, the positioning management device determines the position of the terminal device.
