Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method, which is applied to a wireless local area network system supporting 802.11 series protocols comprising a next-generation WiFi protocol of IEEE 802.11ax, such as 802.11be, WiFi 7 or EHT, and the next generation of 802.11be, such as WiFi 8, UHR, and WiFi AI, and can also be applied to an ultra-wideband (UWB)-based wireless personal local area network system, and a sensing system. The method comprises: inputting high-frequency constellation mapping symbols into a subcarrier mapper; and the subcarrier mapper rearranging the high-frequency constellation mapping symbols. For communication transmission in a high-frequency band scenario, a suitable subcarrier mapper can be designed, and the constellation mapping symbols are rearranged on the basis of the subcarrier mapper.
