Abstract: The present application provides a communication method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system. In the method, a first network element sends fourth information to a terminal device, the fourth information comprising a second satellite list or second satellite coverage time information; and a UE monitors a satellite signal on the basis of the fourth information. Therefore, the terminal device can monitor the satellite signal only when satellite signal coverage is available, instead of monitoring the satellite signal all the time, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the terminal device.
