The method comprises: determining at least two time windows; in response to a terminal being located within one time window of the at least two time windows at a current moment, on the basis of a time advance corresponding to the time window where the terminal is located at the current moment, determining an uplink time unit boundary for the terminal to send uplink data; and on the basis of the uplink time unit boundary, sending the uplink data. Determining different time windows, using within a corresponding time window a corresponding time advance to determine an uplink time unit boundary and sending uplink data can enable terminals to adapt to different scenarios, thus improving the data transmission performance while ensuring the interference measurement precision.
