Abstract: This communication device is capable of wireless communication supporting the IEEE 802.11 series standards and transmits a transmission opportunity (TXOP) secured by the communication device to another communication device during a TXOP period for which the communication device has secured: a wireless frame for executing TXOP sharing among a plurality of devices that secure a TXOP sharing period by transferring the TXOP to another communication device; and a trigger frame for transferring the TXOP to the other communication device. The wireless frame includes at least one of prescribed information capable of identifying the maximum duration of the TXOP Sharing period, and information indicating that the TXOP Sharing period is arranged after the TXOP period secured by the communication device.
