The Processing Unit (106) comprises a Data Acquisition Module (108), a Pre-processing Module (110), a Learner Management Module (112), a Competency Assessment Module (114), a Competency Analysis Module (116), an Adaptive Learning Module (118), a Performance Management Module (120), and a Progress Management Module (122) configured to acquire and pre-process learner data, assess communication competencies, identify competency gaps, generate adaptive learning pathways, evaluate performance, provide feedback, perform reassessment, and determine learner progression, thereby enabling personalized and continuous development of global communication competencies.
