Abstract: ABSTRACT Colorimetric System glass-tube embedded electrode junction for pH -conductivity - TDS The present invention provides a measurement system housed within a glass tube [100], designed to analyze key parameters of a sample solution, including pH, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), temperature, and absorbance. The system incorporates an ISFET-based pH sensor [102], TDS electrodes [101], a temperature probe [111], a light source [104], an absorbance detector [105], electrode channels [106], and conductive layers [103] within the glass tube to maintain proper electrical connections. These layers ensure interference-free signal transmission from the electrodes to the microcontroller [107], which processes the data and applies real-time temperature compensation. An automatic calibration mechanism [110] ensures sensor accuracy, while the microcontroller [107] determines the order of pH and TDS estimation based on the ionic strength of the sample. A WiFi module [112] allows for wireless communication, enabling remote monitoring and data analysis.
