Abstract: ABSTRACT The Collision Detection Device, also known as an Anti-Collision Device, is a safety system designed to prevent accidents by detecting obstacles and alerting users in real time. With the increasing number of vehicles and industrial automation systems, ensuring safety has become a critical concern. This project focuses on developing a reliable and cost-effective solution to minimize collision risks. The system uses sensors such as ultrasonic or infrared sensors to continuously monitor the surroundings and measure the distance between objects. A microcontroller processes the sensor data and determines whether an object is within a dangerous range. If a potential collision is detected, the system provides immediate warnings through buzzers, LEDs, or display units. In advanced implementations, it can also trigger automatic braking or control mechanisms. This device can be widely applied in automobiles, robotics, railways, and industrial environments to enhance operational safety. Its simple design, low power consumption, and real-time response make it an efficient solution for accident prevention. The proposed system aims to reduce human error and improve safety standards by integrating modem sensing and control technologies.
