Abstract: A coiler plate device (1; 100; 200; 300) for a spinning room preparation machine (400), the coiler plate device (1; 100; 200; 300) comprises a coiler plate (4) with a plate holder (9) which extends along a longitudinal axis (3) and a base body (10), a cover (5) which is arranged on a lower face (19) of the base body (10) which extends across the longitudinal axis (3), and comprises an opening edge (23) which encloses an outlet opening (24) formed in the cover (5), and includes a sliver duct (6) for fibre sliver with an upper duct section (11) which comprises an inlet (7) and a lower duct section (15) which comprises an outlet (8) whichis arranged flush to the outlet opening (24), wherein the upper duct section (11) is connected to the plate holder (9), and the lower duct section (15) reaches through a through-opening (16) in the base body (10), and is connected to the cover (5) by a welded connection (17), the welded connection (17) is placed against the opening edge (23).
