Abstract: A cognitive well-being monitoring device for workers, comprising a headgear 101 to be worn on a user’s head, one or more electromyogram (EMG) nodes for detecting contractions and jaw clenching, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 for behavioural and interpersonal tracking of the user, a thermoelectric cooling unit 203 to regulate thermal conditions against a scalp of the user, an acoustic speaker 103 generating a localized acoustic prompt, a wireless transceiver transmitting an encrypted lockout command to industrial machinery, a control unit to analyze and correlate feedback to dynamically classify cognitive load into low, moderate, and high tier, identifying a catalyst for psychological stress, predicting an estimated time duration until the cognitive load transitions into a critical high tier for initiating adaptive intervention when the predicted estimated time breaches a pre-defined safety threshold for working environment safety.
