Resilient navigation continuity is maintained by broadcasting localized pseudolite signals derived from atomic clocks and sensor fusion, thereby creating a positioning bubble for friendly receivers. Adaptive interference zones are dynamically shaped in response to threat movement, minimizing collateral impact while maximizing denial efficiency. The invention achieves technical effects of controlled electromagnetic interference, spoofing mitigation, and localized positioning generation, thereby transforming electronic warfare into cognitive spectrum manipulation.
