Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-enabled cognitive assistance and memory support system configured for assisting individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment conditions through an integrated machine architecture. The system comprises a structural housing containing a central processing subsystem, contextual memory repository, multilingual interaction subsystem, patient interaction interface, caregiver synchronization subsystem, reminder management circuitry, communication transceivers, and sensor-based monitoring modules. The system acquires patient interaction information through microphones, touch interfaces, image sensors, and communication structures and processes the acquired information using contextual reasoning and adaptive memory stimulation mechanisms. Personalized memories, family associations, schedules, and caregiver-generated information are retrieved from contextual memory repositories to generate individualized assistance outputs. The system further provides multilingual communication capability, adaptive reminders, behavioral monitoring, and caregiver synchronization functionalities for enhancing memory stimulation, reducing caregiver burden, improving patient independence, and supporting continuous cognitive assistance within a unified hardware-based environment.
