Abstract: Parkinson’s Disease affects motor skills, thinking, and emotional status, and normally gives the affected individual a sense of isolation and helplessness. The innovation proposes a Cognitive-Emotive Relief System that will utilize modern technology in improving the understanding by the physician of the diseases and to offer discussions for emotional support of the patients. The system uses artificial intelligence (AI) to collect and scrutinise voice recordings, handwriting samples, brain scans, and facial expressions. It can help in determining the initial symptoms of Parkinson's and the course of the disease progression. One of the elements of the approach focuses on emotional support. It motivates patients to discuss matters with their relatives as frequently as possible and use AI to enable them to have fruitful conversations. This emotional connection can make the attitude of the patient and their recovery better. The system protects the confidentiality of the patient and performs optimally with limited medical data. This smart technology would enrich the possibility of physicians inducing Parkinson's disease and emotional attachment and positivity among patients, which is paramount to the rehabilitation of patients.
