Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel cognitive multi-cloud intelligence framework for autonomous data pipeline orchestration, secure distributed processing, and artificial intelligence optimized enterprise analytics across heterogeneous cloud computing environments. The framework is designed to operate seamlessly across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), enabling intelligent coordination of large-scale data engineering, machine learning, and cloud-native application ecosystems. The invention integrates adaptive artificial intelligence models, distributed computing engines, and event-driven microservices architectures to automate extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), streaming analytics, and enterprise data migration workflows. The framework leverages technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless cloud services to dynamically optimize workload execution, resource allocation, and data processing performance in real time. The disclosed system further incorporates predictive analytics, autonomous anomaly detection, and AI-assisted infrastructure management for continuous monitoring, fault tolerance, and intelligent scaling of cloud-native applications and distributed data warehouses. The framework supports Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation through Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD orchestration platforms while enabling secure RESTful API and microservices deployment using FastAPI, Django, and container orchestration technologies. Additionally, the invention introduces an intelligent governance engine capable of enforcing security, compliance validation, workload isolation, and cloud cost optimization across hybrid and multi-tenant environments. The proposed framework enhances enterprise resilience, operational efficiency, data interoperability, and autonomous decision intelligence while accelerating digital transformation and legacy modernization for large-scale enterprise systems
