Abstract: Modern consumer and organizational environments, managing product warranties has become increasingly complex due to the growing number of purchases and the reliance on physical receipts, emails, and scattered digital records. Traditional methods of warranty tracking are largely manual, error-prone, and inefficient, often resulting in missed warranty expiration dates and loss of entitled benefits. This project proposes the development of a Smart Warranty Tracker, a cloud-based system designed to automate warranty management and provide timely expiry notifications. The system enables users to digitally store warranty details and upload supporting documents such as invoices and proof-of-purchase records through a centralized web interface. Warranty expiration dates are automatically calculated based on purchase information and warranty duration. The system continuously monitors warranty lifecycles and schedules reminder notifications at predefined intervals before and after warranty expiration. The Smart Warranty Tracker integrates secure cloud storage for document management and automated workflow orchestration for reminder scheduling and notification delivery. By eliminating manual tracking and fragmented record keeping, the system improves reliability, reduces user effort, and ensures timely awareness of warranty status. A fully functional, cloud-enabled warranty management system capable of securely storing warranty information, automatically tracking expiration timelines, and proactively notifying users, thereby preventing missed warranty claims and improving overall warranty utilization.
