Abstract: A coconut kernels extraction device, comprises of a platform 101, an input means 102 operatively linked with a microcontroller, configured to enable a user to provide input commands for initiating coconut handling and kernel extraction process, a pair of articulated arms 103 with rubberized ends 104 to securely grasp a coconut manually placed by user in a slot carved on platform 101, an articulated pole 105 having a sharp-edged blade 106 at end to remove top shell of coconut precisely, an articulated bar 107 having a sharp-edged pointed tool 108 at end, to remove outer shell of coconut while simultaneously allowing articulated arms 103 to rotate coconut for uniform shell removal, and post shell removal, the arms 103 are configured to tilt and position coconut into a user-accessible tray 116 arranged over platform 101.
