Abstract: A co-rotating scroll compressor includes a housing (6), a driving scroll (30), a driven scroll (40), a driving mechanism (10), and a driven 5 mechanism (20). The housing (6) has a scroll chamber (65). A projection body (64) that is attached to the housing (6) with a gap between the projection body (64) and the housing (6) and a restricting body (81) that restricts the projection body (64) from rotating relative to the housing (6) are provided in the scroll chamber (65). The restricting body (81) has a shaft member inserted into the projection body (64) and the housing (6) and a supporting member provided on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft member. The supporting member supports the shaft member while elastically deforming between the shaft member and a specific member that is one of the projection body (64) and the housing (6). [Figure 2]
