Abstract: A clutch assembly maintenance device, comprising a housing 101 installed with a platform 102 placed with a clutch assembly, a touch screen 103 mounted on the housing 101 for enabling user input commands, an imaging unit 104 mounted within the housing 101 for detecting exact location of bolts installed with the assembly, a first robotic arm 105 configured within the housing 101 equipped with an impact wrench for unfastening the bolts, a pair of telescopically operated grippers 106 assembled within the housing 101 for dis-assembling the assembly, a pair of air blowers 107 installed with the housing 101 to remove dust from the components, a telescopically operated rod 108 suspended from ceiling portion of the housing 101 to extend for adhering a suction cup attached with the rod 108, over asbestos facing of the clutch plate and a chamber 109 stored with new asbestos facings attached within the housing 101.
