Abstract: A cluster bean chopping and waste separation device, comprises a housing 101 constructed with a hopper 102 arranged at an upper portion of the housing 101, for a gravity-assisted feeding of cluster beans, a shutter 103 configured underneath the hopper 102 for facilitating a flow of the cluster beans out of the hopper 102 into a chamber 104, a nozzle 105 to spray pressurized water onto the cluster beans, a valve to dispense waste water, multiple air blowers 110 for controlled airflow to dry the washed cluster beans, an arm to grasp and place the washed cluster beans into a motorized bucket conveyor 112 , a clamp 113 to securely grasp the individual cluster beans from the buckets of the bucket conveyor 112, and a peeling and cutting unit 122 to peel and cut fibrous portions of the cluster beans.
