MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641083435 A) filed by Srm Institute Of Science And Technology, Ramapuram Campus; and Easwari Engineering College on July 07, 2026, for Cloverleaf Dromion Based Nonlinear Signal Confinement Framework.
Inventors include T. Beena; and M. Sharmila.
The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: Abstract: The present invention relates to a nonlinear localized wave confinement system capable of generating a cloverleaf-shaped dromion architecture consisting of multiple petal-like compact wave packets coupled through a central nodal region. The generated wave field supports simultaneous multidirectional propagation, phase-balanced energy localization, and stable multichannel signal confinement without appreciable dispersion. In optical communication systems, each petal-like lobe acts as an isolated localized carrier channel, whereas in plasma and nonlinear dispersive media the same configuration enables compact multidirectional energy transport. The invention offers a robust framework for high-density localized signal routing using analytically controllable nonlinear wave packets.
