Abstract: The present invention relates to a cloud-integrated industrial equipment health monitoring system (100) configured for continuous monitoring, analysis, and health assessment of industrial equipment (102). The system comprises a plurality of sensors (104), an edge computing unit (106), a communication network (108), a cloud processing platform (110), and a user interface (112). The sensors acquire equipment parameters including vibration, temperature, pressure, electrical current, acoustic characteristics, speed, load, and other operating information. The edge computing unit preprocesses the acquired information, extracts relevant features, performs local diagnostic operations, and stores selected information before transmitting processed information to the cloud processing platform. The cloud processing platform stores historical equipment information and performs anomaly detection, trend analysis, machine learning, health assessment, and maintenance prediction. The system can identify abnormal operating patterns, maintain equipment-specific historical information, generate maintenance-related alerts, and provide remote visualization of equipment condition. Local storage and synchronization permit continued monitoring during temporary communication interruptions, thereby providing a scalable architecture for predictive maintenance and remote industrial equipment supervision.
