MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641080383 A) filed by Dr. Supriya B N; and Ranjitha S R on June 30, 2026, for Cloud-Connected Platform For Predictive Analytics On Aging-Related Health Issues Using Ml.

Inventors include Dr. Supriya B N; and Ranjitha S R.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The invention relates to a low-power, long-range wearable healthcare monitoring system designed for continuous assessment of aging-related health conditions. The system integrates multiple biomedical sensors to measure key physiological and motion parameters including 5 heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpOz), electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, body temperature, blood pressure^ and movement activity._An_ Arduino Nano (ATmcga328P)---- — microcontroller is used as the central processing unit for acquiring sensor data, performing analog-to-digital conversion, filtering, and generating structured health information packets. The processed data is transmitted using a LoRa SX1278 communication module, enabling 10 reliable long-range and energy-efficient wireless communication to a remote monitoring station. The system also incorporates motion analysis for fall detection and abnormal activity identification, triggering immediate alerts in emergency conditions. The received data is utilized for continuous remote monitoring and early detection of health abnormalities in elderly individuals. This enables timely medical intervention and improves preventive 15 healthcare outcomes. The proposed system is particularly suitable for rural and home-based healthcare environments where continuous monitoring and long-distance communication are essential.
