Abstract: Abstract 5 10 15 Cloud-connected facilities management systems for predictive maintenance in hospitals aim to increase equipment dependability, operational efficiency, and patient safety via real-time monitoring and intelligent maintenance methods. The suggested system uses embedded sensors, microcontrollers, wireless communication modules, and cloud computing technologies to continually monitor hospital infrastructure and medical equipment. Temperature, humidity, vibration, gas, pressure, and current sensors gather operational data from essential hospital systems such HVAC units, medical equipment, power backup systems, and labs. The acquired data is processed by the STM32F103C8T6 and transferred over XBee S2C for secure wireless connection. The cloud platform records and analyses collected data to detect abnormal situations and anticipate potential equipment breakdowns before they occur. Real-time warnings and messages are sent to maintenance professionals to assist prompt remedial actions. The suggested system uses predictive analytics and remote monitoring to decrease maintenance costs, minimise equipment downtime, increase energy efficiency, and improve hospital facility management
