Abstract: Cloud Computing Resource Management System with Predictive workload scaling for Dynamic service continuity ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a cloud computing resource management system with predictive workload scaling for maintaining dynamic service continuity across distributed computing environments. The system continuously monitors real-time and historical workload parameters, including processor utilization, memory consumption, network traffic, storage demand, application response time, transaction volume, and service performance indicators. A predictive analytics engine analyzes the collected data using statistical, machine- learning, or artificial intelligence techniques to forecast future workload variations and corresponding resource requirements. Based on the predicted demand, a resource orchestration module proactively allocates, scales, migrates, redistributes, or releases computing, storage, and network resources before service performance is adversely affected. The system further includes a service continuity mechanism configured to coordinate load balancing, health verification, workload replication, failover, traffic redirection, and session management during resource adjustments or infrastructure failures. A feedback module evaluates prediction accuracy and adapts subsequent scaling decisions based on actual resource utilization. The disclosed system thereby reduces dependence on reactive threshold-based scaling, minimizes overprovisioning and resource shortages, improves infrastructure utilization, reduces latency and operational costs, and enhances scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and uninterrupted delivery of cloud-based services under dynamically changing workload conditions.
