Abstract: The present concept is a cloud computing-based intelligent electric vehicle (EV) powertrain lubrication monitoring system intended to increase the reliability and performance of EV powertrain components. The system uses lubrication sensors, temperature sensors, and IoT communication modules to continually monitor lubrication levels in electric car gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems. The gathered data-is-sent to a cloud computing platform,- where clever algorithms evaluate lubricant quality, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical wear conditions. The system can detect lubricant deterioration, inadequate lubrication levels, and abnormal friction circumstances. The analysis generates real-time warnings and suggestions for preventative maintenance. This method improves the efficiency, longevity, and safety of EV powertrains.
