The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A cloud-based system and method for dynamic financial fraud detection are disclosed. Heterogeneous transaction, authentication, device and identity events are normalized and resolved into a continuously updated cross-account transaction graph having typed nodes and confidence-bearing edges. For a subject event, a seed risk is generated and propagated through a bounded graph neighborhood using adaptive edge transmission weights derived from relationship type, temporal relevance, velocity, direction and relationship confidence. Candidate graph branches are prioritized according to expected risk contribution and are terminated according to contribution, convergence and processing-budget conditions, thereby avoiding exhaustive graph traversal. Multi-hop patterns are correlated with transaction-local features to form a composite fraud state used to generate a machine-executable intervention response. A versioned propagation lineage records material nodes, edges and pattern evidence for audit and deterministic reconstruction. Distributed graph partitioning, boundary-state versioning and incremental edge updates reduce unnecessary recomputation and support low-latency authorization-time processing.
