Abstract: ABSTRACT CLOUD-BASED MULTI-MODAL BLOOD BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH INTELLIGENT REQUEST ROUTING AND REAL-TIME INVENTORY TRACKING The present invention relates to a cloud-based Blood Bank Management System (BBMS) (100) designed for healthcare environments, particularly addressing challenges in blood supply chain management in resource-constrained settings. The system (100) comprises a cloud computing infrastructure (110), a multi-modal user interface module (120) supporting web, mobile, SMS, and voice access channels, a real-time inventory tracking module (130) with batch- level monitoring and automated expiry alerts, an intelligent request routing module (140) with urgency-based prioritization, an analytics and reporting module (150) with interactive dashboards and demand forecasting capabilities, a donor management module (160) with personalized engagement features, and a security and compliance module (170) ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence. The invention is characterized by its multi-stakeholder architecture enabling coordination between donors, patients, hospitals, and blood banks through multilingual interfaces supporting English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
