Abstract: A clothes treating apparatus, according to one embodiment, comprises: a tub comprising a tub back provided with a first region comprising a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and a second region comprising a duct seating part, wherein the tub back forms the rear surface of the tub; a drum provided inside the tub so as to accommodate laundry; a rotary shaft connected to the drum and provided so as to rotate the drum; a bearing housing coupled to the tub and supporting the rotary shaft; an exhaust duct provided on the tub back, wherein the exhaust duct comprises a duct body which is mounted in the duct seating part, is coupled to the bearing housing, and comprises a material having higher rigidity than the tub; and a drying apparatus provided on the upper portion of the tub and removing moisture from air discharged from the tub through the exhaust duct, heating the moisture-removed discharged air, and supplying the heated air to the tub.
