MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511017449 A) filed by Sanskriti University on February 27, 2025, for Cloth Hanging Assistive Device.

Inventors include Dr. Bal Krishan Sharma; and Dr. Sachin Gupta.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A cloth hanging assistive device comprising plurality of hollow triangular-shaped frame 101 each configuring a S-shaped hook 102 to allow a user to hang the frame 101 at desired place, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 104 to detect dimension of the cloths, a motorized drawer arrangement 105 to adjust dimensioning of the frame 101 to accommodate the cloths properly, plurality of inflatable members 106 paired with an inflating unit, to inflate the members 106, in order to provide extra space for to accommodate the cloth properly, plurality of small sized fans 107 for eliminating wetness from the clothes, a pair of L-shaped rod 103 to hang other clothes during time of requirement, a LED (light emitting diode) light 108 to illuminate in order to guide the user in finding the desired clothes without much hassle.
