MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631099180 A) filed by Brainware University on August 17, 2026, for Closed-Loop Physics-Constrained Fabrication Control For Lcmco Oxide Perovskite Photovoltaic Devices.
Inventor includes Dr. Ranadip Kundu.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a closed-loop fabrication control system (100) for manufacturing an oxide-perovskite photovoltaic device (180) comprising an ITO/TiO2/La0.6Ce0.4Mn0.9Cd0.1O3/NiO/back-contact stack. A fabrication workstation (102) forms successive device layers, while an in-line measurement subsystem (130) acquires layer-thickness, optical, electrical, impedance and temperature data. A physics-constrained optimization engine (150) maps the measured data to predicted photovoltaic performance and evaluates candidate process adjustments against stored physical constraints. A recipe controller (160) modifies at least one physical fabrication parameter associated with layer formation, thermal treatment, interface treatment or defect-control processing and initiates a further measurement cycle. The feedback loop is repeated until a quality gate (170) determines that a quality-gate criterion is satisfied. The system couples data-driven prediction with physical process actuation, enabling adaptive manufacture of LCMCO photovoltaic devices while reducing dependence on open-loop trial-and-error optimization.
