MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611090930 A) filed by Kishnav Kandhari on July 27, 2026, for Closed-Loop Multimodal Biosignal Fusion System For Real-Time Stress Detection And Adaptive Therapeutic Regulation Within An Immersive Recovery Environment.

Inventor includes Kishnav Kandhari.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A closed-loop multimodal biosignal fusion system for real-time stress detection and adaptive therapeutic intervention is disclosed. The system integrates physiological sensors including EEG, HRV, EDA, respiratory monitoring, and, optionally, fNIRS to monitor neural and autonomic stress indicators. A computational unit processes the signals using machine learning models to classify physiological and emotional states and dynamically deploys personalized therapeutic interventions, including guided breathing, acoustic stimulation, ambient lighting modulation, mechanical massage stimulation, aromatherapy diffusion, conversational therapist support, and biofeedback or neurofeedback activities, within an immersive recovery environment. The system continuously evaluates physiological responses and adjusts therapy parameters using a reinforcement learning feedback mechanism, optionally through a first neuro-autonomic stabilization phase followed by a second active cognitive restructuring and neurofeedback phase, until physiological recovery indicators are detected.
