The system comprises a user profile and skill assessment module that evaluates a learner's current competency and determines a skill gap; an adaptive learning path recommendation engine that determines a personalized learning pathway; an AI-based multilingual content generation module that automatically generates educational video content in the learner's preferred language; a continuous assessment and feedback module that computes a performance score; a career optimization engine that computes a weighted career score from skill match, interest match and industry demand to generate career recommendations; and a closed-loop feedback controller that iteratively updates the learner profile, learning pathway and generated content, and repeats the cycle until a required competency level is achieved, whereupon a final report and personalized career roadmap is generated
