Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a closed-loop, AI-driven spatial pest detection, adaptive micro-zone spraying, and intelligent irrigation control system (100). The system (100) comprises an image acquisition module (101), a pest detection engine (102), a Pest Severity Index computation engine (103), a spatial infestation mapping and actuation engine (104), an actuation control unit (105), a spray mechanism (106), an irrigation module (107), an adaptive treatment and learning actuation module (108), a temporal intelligence module (109), a backend and analytics module (110), and a communication module (dashboard & alerts) (111). The pest detection engine (102) identifies pest type, count, and location from captured crop images, the Pest Severity Index computation engine (103) computes a multi- parameter severity index, and the spatial infestation mapping and actuation engine (104) generates clustered micro-zone spray regions, wherein the computed severity index dynamically governs the spray mechanism (106) and the irrigation module (107) through the actuation control unit (105). The adaptive treatment and learning actuation module (108) evaluates post-actuation feedback to refine subsequent actuation, while the temporal intelligence module (109) enables predictive, pre-emptive intervention. The integrated architecture minimizes chemical and water usage, reduces manual intervention, and improves crop productivity through closed-loop, resource-efficient precision agriculture.
