Abstract: The utility patent titled "ClipBin" discloses a compact, clip-mounted desk waste management system that repositions the waste collection bowl beneath the tabletop surface, thereby recovering usable desk area while maintaining accessible waste disposal at the working surface level. The invention addresses six documented deficiencies of conventional tabletop dustbins: cluttered workflow, poor lid mechanisms, hygiene concerns from touch-operated lids, poor sweeping ergonomics, instability, and difficulty of cleaning. ClipBin integrates three functional modules in a single unit: (1) a clip-on mount that grips table edges of varying thickness without slipping; (2) an under-desk waste bowl manufactured from ABS granules; and (3) a lid-mounted assembly combining a removable Nylon-bristle mini duster and a dual- blade Carbon Steel sharpener system with direct disposal into the waste bowl. The system is manufactured at a per-unit material cost of Z80 and total per-unit cost of Z150, with a one-time fixed tooling investment of Z1,21,200.
