The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a Clinical Reasoning Alignment Framework (CRAF) incorporating a Clinical Reasoning Alignment Engine (CRAE) for pre-diagnostic decision support in healthcare. The framework integrates healthcare data acquisition, adaptive data integration, explainable artificial intelligence, clinical reasoning alignment, investigation recommendation generation, and clinician feedback mechanisms within a unified architecture. The Clinical Reasoning Alignment Engine (CRAE) functions as the core reasoning component of the framework and applies a hybrid reasoning mechanism that combines explainable artificial intelligence outputs with clinical guidelines, structured medical knowledge, domain-specific healthcare information, and clinician feedback. Through evidence mapping, guideline alignment, knowledge correlation, and feedback adaptation, the framework generates clinically aligned interpretations and recommendation support outputs. The invention operates under conditions of complete, incomplete, heterogeneous, or partially available healthcare data and supports investigation planning, clinical assessment, and follow-up evaluation without producing definitive diagnostic conclusions. The framework improves transparency, interpretability, clinical alignment, and practical applicability of artificial intelligence-based decision support within real-world healthcare environments.
