Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-powered cleanroom PPE compliance monitoring and alert system designed to improve safety, reliability, and continuous monitoring in controlled environments. The system combines CCTV-based computer vision, RF-DETR and YOLO-based object detection, temporal verification, OCR- based employee identification, compliance evaluation, and an ESP32-enabled physical alert mechanism. The system continuously monitors personnel and verifies five mandatory requirements: mask, ID card, coverall, hairnet, and apron. When one or more mandatory PPE items are confirmed missing, the system generates an immediate buzzer and voice alert, identifies the employee where possible, and records the violation for auditing. A priority-based scoring mechanism helps management rank incidents according to the severity of missing PPE. The administrative dashboard provides live CCTV statistics, incident monitoring, filtering, evidence review, and report generation. The modular architecture enables customization for different cleanroom environments and supports scalable deployment across multiple monitored areas for industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other applications.
