In order to change the situation for the better, CivicFix – a new digital platform – was created. CivicFix is the solution that helps people to improve their community by making reports. CivicFix can be accessed through computers or mobile phones, and people can inform about problems with roads, garbage, leaking water, malfunctioning equipment and so on. With CivicFix people can attach photos to their reports. Describe the location of the problem with CivicFix, which helps to find the problem and fix it quickly. People can use CivicFix to report anything that malfunctions. The government can use CivicFix to solve problems with malfunctioning objects. The government can use CivicFix to see what problems have been reported track how the problems are being fixed and make sure the problems get fixed on time. CivicFix also helps people see what is being done to fix the problems and how the government is using its money to make the community better. The CivicFix system has a website and a phone app that are connected to a server and a database that store and manage all the information. There are also features like storing pictures sending notifications controlling who can use the platform and a place for people to talk about things.
