Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a civic eye system (100) comprising an image capture module (102) that captures an image of a civic issue, and a geolocation tagging module (104) that tags the image with a geolocation and a timestamp. An issue classification module (106) classifies, from the image, a civic issue type and a severity level using a trained classification model, and a report generation module (108) generates an issue report comprising the classified issue type, severity level, geolocation, and image. An authority routing module (110) routes the issue report to a municipal authority based on the classified issue type, and a complaint tracking module (112) assigns a tracking identifier and monitors a resolution status of the issue report, updates of which are provided to a citizen via a notification module (114) and to the municipal authority via a municipal dashboard module (116), the issue report being stored at an issue database (118), thereby improving the speed and accountability of civic issue redressal.
