Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a multifunctional, citizen-verified mobile application that facilitates civic grievance reporting, complaint escalation, and real-time issue tracking, along with additional features such as citizen-authority communication and emergency helpline access. The invention addresses key challenges in urban governance by enabling Aadhaar- verified users to submit complaints with photographic or video evidence, live geolocation tagging, and textual descriptions. If a complaint remains unresolved for a predetermined period (e.g., three days), the user can escalate the issue directly to municipal authorities through an in-app messenger. The platform includes a chatbot for complaint tracking and suggestions, as well as a feedback system that allows users to rate resolutions and provide comments. Municipal authorities access a secure dashboard to review, update, and close complaints by uploading geo-tagged proof of resolution. This invention enhances transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in civic management while being scalable across multiple cities and adaptable to various government structures
